1. Who we are
Digital Launchers ("we", "our", "us") is a digital agency providing Web Development, Mobile App Development, VR & Game Development, Shopify Stores, Custom CRM and Quality Assurance services. You can contact our data controller at contact.digitallaunchers@gmail.com.
2. What personal data we collect
We only collect personal data that you actively provide to us:
- Contact form: name, email, company (optional), service interest, budget range and your message.
- Email correspondence: any information you choose to share when emailing us directly.
We do not use marketing cookies, advertising trackers, fingerprinting, or third-party analytics that personally identify you. We do not buy or enrich data from third parties.
3. How we use your data
- To respond to your enquiry and discuss your project.
- To send a follow-up about your project, if applicable.
- To prepare a proposal or Statement of Work when relevant.
- To keep a basic record of business communication for tax and contractual purposes.
4. Legal basis (GDPR Art. 6)
We process your personal data on the following legal bases:
- Consent — when you submit our contact form (Art. 6(1)(a)).
- Legitimate interest — to respond to enquiries and protect our website from abuse (Art. 6(1)(f)).
- Contractual necessity — when you become a client (Art. 6(1)(b)).
5. Data retention
Enquiry data is retained for up to 24 months from your last interaction with us, unless you ask us to delete it sooner or unless we have an ongoing contractual relationship. Client project data is retained for the legally required accounting period (typically 5–10 years depending on jurisdiction).
6. Sub-processors and data sharing
We do not sell your personal data. We share data only with the trusted infrastructure providers required to operate this website and store form submissions:
- Lovable Cloud (powered by Supabase) — secure database and hosting for contact form submissions. EU-based infrastructure available.
- Google (Gmail) — for receiving and replying to email enquiries.
- Cloudflare — CDN, DDoS protection and edge runtime for the website.
All sub-processors are bound by appropriate data processing agreements and applicable Standard Contractual Clauses where required.
7. International transfers
Some of our sub-processors may process data outside the European Economic Area (e.g. United States). When this happens, transfers are protected by Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) approved by the European Commission and any additional safeguards required by the receiving provider.
8. Your rights under GDPR
You have the right to:
- Access the personal data we hold about you.
- Request correction of inaccurate data.
- Request deletion ("right to be forgotten").
- Request a portable copy of your data.
- Object to or restrict processing.
- Withdraw consent at any time.
- Lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority (in Greece: Hellenic Data Protection Authority, www.dpa.gr).
Email contact.digitallaunchers@gmail.com and we'll respond within 30 days.
9. Cookies
This website uses only strictly necessary cookies required for the site to function (session, security, language preference, cookie consent state). We do not set marketing, advertising, profiling or third-party tracking cookies. Because no non-essential cookies are placed, our cookie banner is informational and your "Reject" choice is honoured by default.
10. Security
We use HTTPS everywhere, secure headers (Content Security, Referrer Policy, Permissions Policy), encrypted databases at rest, and access control on form submissions. While no system is 100% secure, we take reasonable industry-standard measures to protect your data.
11. Children
Our services are intended for businesses and adults. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 16. If you believe a child has submitted data, contact us and we will delete it promptly.
12. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time to reflect changes to our services or legal requirements. The latest version is always available on this page with an updated "Last updated" date.
